Question for the day

I was rereading the Health Scare Bill again (Yes I have no life), and thought of an interesting question. Does HR 3200 violate the 1st and 14th Amendment of the constitution? Generally the 14th Amendment of the Constitution granted the rights described in the Declaration of Independence to all citizens of the United Stated (among other things), and that would include the right to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness".

If Congress adopts a bill where the State has the authority to make decisions on the individuals right to live because they are terminally ill and would be a "waste of money" is that denying those very rights?

Any lawyers out there who could comment on this?

Bob

  1. Yes,

Now is here is your question: If The One is not for tort reform, then if there is a government plan the then we have tort reform. True or False

Answer: True, Then the Government would be the insurance company and the doctors would be government employees and you cannot sue the government without getting permission first.

This is a point for your blog
